Each of us is created with our own unique physical beauty. Sometimes lack of embracing our bodies causes us to take sometimes extreme measures in wanting the 'perfect body'. I believe that we should aspire to be holistic. In other words take a few minutes for yourself daily. Have a proper diet and excercise regime ( simply walking, sharing with friends or meditation). Be beautiful in you and as Dr. Zuess says be the best you that you can be. :)

Knowing your body type makes it easier for you to wear what is most appropriate and flattering to your body. Most women fall into four categories ;Circle (thick around the middle), Triangle (larger at the bottom), Hourglass (curvy but evenly proportioned) and Rectangle ( straight up and down).
